Adaptable in ever-changing environments, you will be able to address system issues effectively and efficiently and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Requirements As a Data Administrator, you will: Timely and accurate actioning of cases that come through the system from stakeholders Maintain and update data to accurately reflect contracts or variations to eliminate discrepancies Issue resolution of all cases, with a focus on long term solutions Solve carrier invoicing and credit issues in collaboration with the Claims team Proactively communicating around, and efficiently resolving all discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders Be a part of ongoing stakeholder training to enhance processes & systems Process improvement and efficiency identification We are looking for: Minimum of 12 months of Analytical and/or Systems experience MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel) Successful track record of problem solving and continuous improvement projects Proven ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data for decision-making Demonstrate strong mathematical ability Commerce or Business Info Systems qualification desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Benefits Career development and progression A professional environment where we challenge each other to do it better An engaging and empowering culture Competitive remuneration and bonuses The opportunity to be a part of an industry that is experiencing rapid growth Free parking, onsite café and team building activities
