Immediate Start Leederville Location 6-month contract – with possible extensions $40-45/hr super Our client, based in vibrant Leederville, is seeking a Program Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for: At least two years previous experience in a similar role. Establishing committees/working groups and similar meetings while balancing the availability of key stakeholders. Providing secretarial support for Senior User Groups and other outcome-driven business workshops. Analysing fundamental needs and developing documents and presentations primarily focused on Program Change Management. Coordinating state-wide workshops, managing travel and accommodation arrangements. Organizing and managing events. Handling the onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors, program & project staff (specifically for EAM Program), and ensuring vendor adherence to LMS requirements. Managing the filing system at the program level in Nexus. Collaborating with Cost Analysts and Schedulers to prepare Program Level documentation. Supporting the Program Change Lead, Program Business Owner, and Portfolio Director with any administrative tasks crucial for Program Success. Collaborating with the Project Support Office to facilitate governance activities to completion. You will have: This role requires an individual with acute attention to detail, a penchant for working within established procedures, a knack for coordinating activities involving internal and external parties, and a strong sense of time management. Qualifications in business, project management, or related discipline (or working towards) would be an advantage. Demonstrated proficiency in report writing. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work to deadlines is essential. Precision and accuracy in handling project documentation, reports, and data entry. Advanced in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Word. You must be based in Perth and have full working rights for this role.
