THE ROLE CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in in our Coopers Plains - QLD office You will play an essential role in representing our business Customers are the key to our continued success and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time If you are seeking an innovative industry, with engaging customer experiences and a sense of accomplishment … this is the role for you. A typical day looks like: Managing the customer order inbox and providing excellent customer service by phone and email Processing sales orders promptly and accurately Handling inbound customer enquiries, providing product information and technical support Following up on stock Confirming the delivery requirements Maintaining orders and keeping the customers updated and informed Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport. Other general administration as required Hours of work Monday to Friday, rotating shifts as per follow: 06:00am - 02:00pm 08:00am - 04:00pm You will have the following: Have high energy and enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills. Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match.
