Your opportunity Unique opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our high performing team delivering the next stage of our Charlton House at Ascot Green, valued at $85mil. Charlton House is the next stage in Mirvac and Brisbane Racing Club's Ascot Green Community alongside the iconic Eagle Farm Racecourse. The development unifies architectural innovation with graceful heritage, comprising of 115 apartments over 13 levels, a resort style pool, and a rooftop terrace that features an indoor dining room with panoramic views over the racecourse and across to the Brisbane CBD. As a Site Engineer, you will be based in on site, working alongside our project delivery team to successfully build our Mirvac development(s) to schedule, cost, and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and HSE at all times. This will involve overseeing structure, façade and external works (e.g. landscaping etc) at a 14 level residential building. Your point of difference Qualification in a relevant field of study including Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property Development, or related disciplines Experience in commercial building construction is required Experience in a Tier1 to Tier 3 business ideal Strong communication skills and collaborative nature, key in building strong, respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders including subcontractors and suppliers Ability to both work autonomously and in a team environment, using initiative and meeting deadlines Ability to think differently and problem solve within a dynamic environment Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate All of these attributes are preferred, if you think you may be the right fit for the role please still apply.
