You will also be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (recruitment marketers, shortlisters, and client success specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and even collaborate with your sales strategies Responsibilities Include: Connect with prospects and engage in impactful conversations; Consistently meet and exceed sales and KPI targets; Identify and leverage value propositions to secure new business; Collaborate with specialist teams to tailor optimal solutions for clients; Manage the cross-sell and up-sell process from start to finish; Cultivate strong relationships, drive renewals, and expand client portfolio; and Increase lifetime value and maximise platform usage on the Scout Talent platform. insert_divider What's in it for you?
