This is a relationship based sales approach, eliminating the need for aggressive sales tactics. As a representative in this sales role, you'll build trust with clients, encouraging open communication about their thoughts, concerns, ideas, and business objectives. Utilising a solution-oriented sales approach, you'll cross-sell, upsell, gather customer data, and leverage insights to deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.
