You'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience that distinguishes us from the competition.As a Bathroom Sales Consultant, your role will involve direct interactions with Designers, Architects, Builders, and end customers. You will be responsible for curating a dream project, offering a selection of tactile products in various finishes and colours. Some of the key aspects of your role will include: Offer expert guidance on our extensive brand selection, featuring both locally sourced Australian brands and international brands, some of which are carefully curated and imported by Winning Group.Showcasing a diverse range of high-quality bathroom products in different finishes and colors, ensuring customers have access to a wide variety of choices. Foster connections with both new and existing customers, as well as architects, designers, and builders.Regular training and development with our Bathroomware LeadersQualificationsBathroom experience preferred but not required, just a passion for assisting customers.Experience working in retail or sales would be beneficial (it doesn’t have to be in appliances - we’re looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service).Flexible availability (including weekends as required).Clear communication skills (both verbal and written).Eager to learn and develop: We're looking for people passionate to learn and grow.Additional InformationPermanent full-time position.
