YOUR ROLE As the Team Leader for our 3PL warehouse facility at Cranbourne, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the site and team; and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment. This is a night shift, Mon-Fri 9 pm 5:06 am. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will: Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team Coach, support and develop team members Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate has experience to a supervisory level in warehouse operations (or ready to step-up), as well as: Experience to a supervisory level in warehouse operations Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices Strong customer, stakeholder and communication skills; sound computer literacy Bonus: LO and/or LF licences In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
