Read on Further Information We are seeking individuals who are computer science undergraduates or currently pursuing the degree, for casual positions (up to 19 hours per week during semester and 39/hrs a week during uni break) to work alongside our engineering security team undertaking a range of smaller tasks to help us get stuff done and improve the security of our products. This is an opportunity to get some practical hands-on experience in the cybersecurity domain. No experience in cybersecurity is required, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn Work will be varied and may include: Skills Required Using tools to detect vulnerabilities. Planning, tracking and where appropriate actioning remediation of vulnerabilities. Producing reports on security activities performed within the team. Performing reviews of security vulnerabilities and assessing their applicability and impacts to our platform. Working as a team member within an agile team developing new products and features using modern technology. Documentation review, organisation and maintenance. Job Requirements Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English, Ability to follow processes and procedures when required, Ability to organise, analyse and present data A sense for initiative and the drive to get things done. Able to understand think critically about highly technical domain. Approximately 19 hours per week during semester and 38/hrs a week during university break Working location will be at our office on the UC campus.
