Adelaide CBD location Initial 12-month contract with possibility to be made permanent Career development opportunities An exciting opportunity to be the face of RAA Place where you will greet all visitors in our newly refurbished office in a professional and courteous manner, whilst providing administrative support to Corporate Services. In addition, you will: Answer or refer all customer and staff enquiries in a timely manner. Ensure Reception area is always presented immaculately. Maintain the corporate meeting area, including bookings for the boardroom and meeting rooms. Provide additional support to Executive Assistants with adhoc admin. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and organise courier services. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via correct sign-in of visitors and contractors. Plus much more, found in the position description here About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for: Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or experience in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Highly organised and self-motivated with good time management skills. Ability to build professional relationships with people from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds. Ability to work independently and contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as required.
