In this role, you will be responsible for leading our service design stream for a multi-year digital transformation program. From understanding current pain points and inefficiencies of products and services for a wide range of divisions throughout the organisation and working with customers to develop and orchestrate solutions to these. In order to deliver quality solutions for our users you will be engaging end-users, facilitating workshops and ideations, developing prototypes, conducting user testing and crafting journey maps and detailed service blueprints with personas that bring to life the intended experience for stakeholders.
