About you We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager looking to join this fast past, growing team in Canberra and grow with Ovolo. You will be looking after a Refreshingly You-Nique property located in the heart of Canberra, Ovolo Nishi . Ideally you will have relevant experience in Sales Management, looking to use your skills and initiative to make this position your own. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have a drive and passion for the Hotel industry. The Gig Create and execute an effective corporate sales strategy and budget, ensuring priorities are clearly identified and actioned, through appropriate communication, delegation and self-management Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the hotel or related tourism industry Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients and agents via a structured call cycle and drive revenue opportunities through need periods from existing networks Source and build new relationships with corporate agents and clients Conduct site inspection, famils and site reconciliations in line with Ovolo brand guidelines Work with GM’s and Marketing to identify, source and secure package opportunities Represent Ovolo at all relevant trade shows and networking events What You'll Get Well, there's the chance to shine in a brilliant team environment in the coolest new hotel brand in Australia, Hong Kong and now Indonesia –bring your personality and sense of fun to work and the most amazing team to work with.
