Reporting to the Safety Director, this role sits within the Health & Safety project team based at Milton. You will support the H&S function of the project by maintaining clear administrative systems that support a simple uniform approach to H&S management across each project work area, including surface civil and tunneling construction projects. Working as part of the H&S team you will deliver accurate and timely administration support and contribute greatly to the successful and safe delivery of the Project. This role is extremely process driven. You will be responsible for: Apply time management skills to daily tasks while prioritising workloads to gain maximum efficiency throughout the day. Accurate recording of information in various registers Coordination of small projects Assisting in developing and delivery of safety campaigns Coordinate and scheduling of meetings Organise training sessions Manage data entry of project event management system Ensure compliance against internal and external reporting requirements General administrative tasks Transmitting formal correspondence to the client via Teambinder Minimum requirements for this role include the following: Office administration certification or similar. Proven skills utilising Microsoft Office Effective interpersonal skills with ability to influence others Previous experience in similar administration supporting function within a small team Experience with administration activities for projects including preparation of reports, spreadsheets and correspondence You will be able to demonstrate assertiveness and confidence, whilst also learning and developing from a very knowledgeable team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work within a process driven role Exception attention to detail is required to succeed in this role CBGU JV, we are committed to workplace diversity and to providing flexible work opportunities on our project.
