A little taste of your day-to-day: As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will spend your shifts working across our restaurant, bar, room service and events spaces, delivering those wonderful experiences to our guests. So if you want to work in an energetic and motivated team, be paid above industry Award rates and kick start your career, then let us know What We need from you: Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy restaurant, cafe or hotel setting Broad knowledge of food and beverage trends Specialist experience as either barista, cocktails or wine lists highly regarded A positive attitude and energy to deliver our guests with a memorable stay A current RSA certificate (Victoria) Strong – sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg.
