Role starts January 31 2024 Recruit Personnel are currently assisting a Thornton based health specialist in sourcing an experienced Medical Receptionist to work part time hours, 3 days a week. For the successful candidate, this role will commence January 31, 2024. To be successful you will portray a professional image, have confident communication skills, empathy and patience. Your responsibilities will include supporting and welcoming patients, billings, telephone answering and direction, booking of appointments and Dictaphone typing plus associated functions. Essential criteria: Experience as a Medical Receptionist - preferably within a specialist field Confident Computer and accurate Touch-Typing Skills Excellent Telephone manner and Customer Service Skills Advantageous: Experienced in using Genie Software Dictaphone experience Cover letter and Resume should be sent for immediate consideration.
