EEmeco are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Freight Operator to join our DC in Kewdale. Working on a Monday to Friday roster.Please note this position is an 80/20 split, with 80% driving and 20% warehousing. Salary sacrifice on a range of items.Key responsibilities include:Conduct stockholding counts to approval schedules.Conduct housekeeping actions across all storage areas to agreed schedule.Perform Inventory issues with compliance to Emeco processes.Freight dispatchMaterials handling equipment and delivery vehicle pre-starts.Warehouse pre-starts ensuring safe work environments, security of warehouse locations and no unapproved movement of inventory items.Parts and Freight collection and delivery duties as required.Additional tasks and requested by your supervisor.Required skills/experience & attributes:Significant experience in warehousing duties (preferably within an industrial services organisation)Experience and knowledge of mining equipmentPossess excellent planning and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment involving cross functional activities.Can identify and support effective customer relationships.Concern for high standards of consistency and integrity in material handling practices.Show a strong commitment to the safety values within the Emeco Health and Safety policy.Required Qualifications:Australian Drivers Licence - MR or HR (mandatory)High Risk Licence - Forklift (mandatory) Dogging/Rigging (desirable)Load Restraint AwarenessSenior First Aid (desirable)How To Apply Shortlisting will begin immediately, hit 'Apply Now' or email a copy of your CV and any supporting documents to Mel Carpenter directly at recruitmentemecogroup.com About Emeco Emeco was founded in 1972 and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: EHL).
