He requires dedicated Support Workers to assist him with aspects of daily living. Components of the supports include social engagement and community participation. This role would be suited to someone who is social and can have good conversation with the participant. Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. About You To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold. In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance: 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker Relevant tertiary qualification.
