Seeking an internal sales pro with expertise in prospecting, effective communication, valve knowledge, and a track record in Oil & Gas. About the Company Family owned and has been operating for 40 years. Has built a reputation as a supplier of high quality and reliable equipment for the process control industry. Supplying valves, actuators and associated process equipment to the Chemical, Oil, Gas, Refining, Pulp and Paper, Power Generation, Water & Waste Water, Food & Beverage and Mineral Processing Industries. Minimum Experience/Qualifications Required: Proficient in prospect identification through account research. Effective communication skills to connect, listen, and engage in customer conversations, understanding their business needs. Previous knowledge of valves is advantageous but not mandatory. Previous sales experience in Oil and Gas, engineering, fabrication, heavy machinery, or a business environment is desirable. Experience in sizing and selecting process valving is a plus. Proven ability to develop high-level relationships within large accounts. Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, particularly through telephone and digital means. Competent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities: Supervision & Training: Receive training and supervision from the Operations Manager. Communicate any issues or training gaps to the Operations Manager for resolution. Sales: Understand the product range and its alignment with customer needs. Identify opportunities to increase market share by managing the complete sales process, including quote follow-up and database management. Meet quote and order processing KPIs, ensuring high conversion rates. Work to understand customers' business, recommend specific products and solutions, and make value-added suggestions to boost sales. Maintain accurate CRM data. Other: Attend and contribute to team meetings. Contribute to the general running and cleanliness of the business, with various tasks expected of all team members. Perform duties relevant to the Internal Sales Application Engineer role and Fluid Control business operations. Maintain professional personal presentation and ensure effective communication with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and other trades on site. Quality: Promote quality excellence by complying with all procedures and quality requirements. Ensure health and safety in the workplace. Complete work in accordance with instructions to provide a high-quality product. Undertake regular reporting and monitoring. Establish open and honest communication at all organizational levels.
