The Palliative Care Consultancy Gippsland has been established to deliver specialised palliative care across Gippsland. The service aims to provide specialised palliative care to patients and their families according to their preferences and goals. The Social Worker is responsible for delivery of expert clinical guidance, psychosocial and bereavement expertise to patients, families and health professionals in LRH and across the sub-regions of Gippsland.
