As part of their efforts, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service officer within the FMCG industry to join the Customer Service team. Role overview: Responsible for order processing, communication with customers and internal teams, and coordinating logistics, you'll leverage your SAP skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Key responsibilities: Order processing (through SAP) and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery. Handling customer order issues and logistics/transport. Managing inbox's and order inquiries. Communication with customers and internal logistics department. Skills and attributes: Proven customer service experience. SAP exposure required (or similar ERP). FMCG industry experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
