The Role Working as a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to achieve positive collections outcomes for our client. You will connect and understand each customer’s financial situation to ensure they are supported with the most suitable and sustainable debt solutions. In this role, you will; Inbound & Outbound calls to investigate, identify and establish connections with customers Negotiate the collections of outstanding funds Action incoming correspondence via email and mail Detailed and accurate file action notes for all customer interactions Deliver services within agreed KPIs Key Information Telecommunications client 6-week training period Roster between 8:00am - 7:00pm, 5 days a week Hybrid available once trained and confident in the role What you’ll bring; Customer service experience Ability to navigate multiple computer systems Ability to work efficiently with high degree of accuracy Willingness for continuous learning and improvement What’s in it for you; Working at Recoveriescorp, you will have access to a half day on the last Friday of every month, cultural holiday swap and opportunities to progress within a growing company.
