About the role - Traineeship When you commence a Traineeship in Certificate III in Early Education and Care you will be provided with on-the-job training and support to achieve your qualification. Each week you will receive up to 3 hours of dedicated study time. The traineeship last 18 months and during this time you will be working across all age groups at set intervals. We offer great support to our trainees to learn to become skilled and experienced educators.
