Summary: We are looking for an experienced 12D Designer to join our Brisbane team . Our team services a growing client list of leading residential builders, industrial and commercial development companies, developers, architects, government authorities and Tier 1 construction companies. The Role Reporting to the Principal Engineer, you will: Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for our projects. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project proposals. Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise to the team. Monitor daily work activities, review, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes while fostering positive communication to promote a strong team culture. What you’ll need to succeed A sense of humour. Formal qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field. Proficiency with 12D and other relevant packages. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
