This role is permanent. It is based on rotation of shifts and requires availability across 7 days of the week. Responsibilities include: Manage staff availability, ensuring compliance with licensing and recency processes. Execute roster changes, considering operational and financial impacts. Provide admin support to Line Leaders, Operations Managers, and Directors. Advise and support staff on professional expenses and leave processing. Essential Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications include: Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet externally dictated deadlines. Initiative and judgement in sensitive situations. Ability to interpret and apply standards, procedures, and regulations. Strong time and self-management skills. Desirable include: Proficient in QUINTIQ application. Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
