What we are looking for The Warehouse Clerk position reports to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will provide efficient and courteous administrative assistance to support the busy warehouse and loading dock operations. Key responsibilities include Collaborating closely with internal departments, such as F&B and Accounts Payable Raising purchase orders for the Warehouse, Loading Dock, and Public Area Consumables Managing outstanding invoices from Converga, following up with suppliers, Star outlets and Accounts Payable as required. Controlling and maintaining stock levels of Public Area Consumables on a weekly basis Contacting suppliers to obtain quotations for new items or substitutes as needed Ensuring accurate data entry and receipting of invoices daily and promptly escalating any issues.
