In this role, you will respond to inbound sales inquiries, welcome customers to their vehicles, assist in the collection of information, and manage quality control and servicing of the fleet. The Role: Providing excellent customer service and support to new and existing subscription customers both in person and over phone/email/livechat Assist with related administration including vehicle registration and processing of payments Contacting and following up new customer leads via phone/email Assist with the resolution of customer issues & identify any related process improvements Quality checks to ensure vehicles are ready for customers About You: Customer service or sales experience highly preferred with a confident phone manner Australian Drivers License with a proven clean driving record – must have held Australian License for over 2 years Strong ability to take initiative, problem solve and take ownership of your responsibilities Personable, friendly and bright attitude.
