Essentia l Criteria A willingness to support the ethos and mission of Catholic education. Excellent pedagogical skills in an inquiry, play-based preschool program that considers the needs of all children and the indoor and outdoor environments for provocation and learning. Implementing an inclusive program based on recorded observations, analysis of learning and developmental needs of children. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and a sense of responsibility and self-motivation with strong organisational skills. An understanding of the National Quality Standards and a commitment to contribute to the centres’ Quality Improvement Plan and centre philosophy Commitment and ability to work in a cohesive team.
