Your main responsibilities are Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan. Perform overhauls and repairs on assemblies on site and/or in workshops. Interact professionally with customers during the work execution. Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work. Create the Service Work Reports Ensure that work is executed according to Wartsila QSHE guidelines; site procedures and policies Follow-up and report on the status of work orders to customer and/or internal stakeholders. Continuously seek for solutions in according to best practices. You will shine in this role when you have: Mechanical knowledge and skill with stern tube seal products Knowledge and hands-on experience with propulsion equipment Self-motivated, analytical & fault-finding skills A team player with a positive mindset & ability to adapt / work in a challenging environment Good written & communication skill Education & Experience: Trades Certificate with multiple years of field experience Why you and us We have an amazing team and a clear purpose to exist.
