Sales Engineer AU&NZ - Kassow Robots — Kings Park, Blacktown Area

We are seeking a dedicated and hard working individual to join our team and lead the way in this newly established division. Tasks will include but not be limited to: Search for new customers who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions Develop long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements Persuading customers with products that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs Calculating customer quotations and administering customer accounts Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services Reporting & analyzing sales & costs Meeting sales targets and coordinating sales projects Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer needs Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts Helping in the design of custom-made products Regular visits to customer sites Adhere to relevant HSE & other company policies Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent Trade qualification Experience in Sales (Robots/Cobots or Assembly Technology preferred) Experience in Industrial Automation Proficient programming skills Proficient PC Skills
