About the team We work in multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams consisting of a Product Manager, Tech Lead, Engineers of varying seniority, QA, Design, Cloud and Devops. We operate in squads within an agile environment consisting of sprints. From a technical perspective, we're a Microsoft house: .NET, Azure. We're continuously improving our SaaS product by adding new features and enhancing what we have already built, based on how our customers use the product and also how we can make their lives easier through easing collaboration. About this role Some of your main responsibilities will include: Deliver new features and enhancements Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that meet business needs and deliver value to customers Apply best practices and industry standards for software development, such as agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). Implement and maintain APIs to enable integration with third-party services Monitor system performance and reliability, and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Junior Software Engineers Participate in code reviews and QA activities to ensure high-quality software delivery About you We are looking for Senior .NET Engineers with the following skills: 5 years of .NET Experience Strong relational database knowledge - preferably Microsoft SQL Server Platform monitoring or system administration skills with a focus on automation Strong proficiency with Microsoft tech stack Enterprise/SaaS product experience Keen interest in learning and adopting new technology Familiar working in agile sprint and ways of working.
