About the Opportunity The Customer Care Administrator will play a critical role as the first point of contact for all inbound service related RACV Solar enquiries. The ideal candidate will provide a reassuring and empathetic experience for our customers, in line with the premium standard of service RACV are renowned for while working in a collaborative office environment. What you’ll need to be successful Proven experience in a business support/administration environment Proven experience in delivering effective and responsive customer service High level proficiency in MS Office and Outlook Effective writing and editing skills Tertiary/TAFE qualification desirable Demonstrated customer service, communication and people skills Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain strong relationships with our customer base Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent time management skills Strong organizational skills to work independently with limited guidance and supervision The RACV difference Our culture is one of continuous improvement, delivering with speed and sophistication.
