About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our High-Rise projects team as a Contracts Administrator based in Sydney CBD . In this role, you will be responsible for validating and processing our contracts in SAP and setting up their billing plans. You will be reviewing and document contract compliance requirements. You will be reviewing and documenting contract compliance requirements and maintain tracking system for Compliance and Quality documentation. The role will see you working closely with the Construction Manager and Project Managers to manage contractual requirements. What’s in it for you? Potential for real growth both personally and professionally Opportunity to access educational support, access to staff discount scheme, a wide variety of social activities Key responsibilities: Review and document contract compliance requirements Establish and maintain tracking system for Compliance and Quality documentation Work closely with Construction Manager to manage contractual requirements. Issue relevant notices pursuant to Contract clauses in conjunction with Project Manager Attend client and Schindler briefings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions Assist with project set up including logistics, tooling, labour with Project manager Prepare and distribute monthly reports and any other documentation as per contract requirements. Monitor and report progress on FACTS Requirements for the role: A minimum of 5 years work experience in a contracts administration, project coordinator or accounting role, in the construction industry Strong financial administration background with an understanding of contracts High attention to detail and the ability to deal with a high volume of data Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external customers Excellent time management and organisational skills Proven ability to manage workload across multiple stakeholders Previous ERP experience in a similar role, preferably using SAP Diploma or Degree qualification in Finance / Accounting, Business or related discipline highly regarded About Schindler: Schindler Lifts Australia is part of the Schindler Group, one of the top elevator companies in the world, spanning 100 countries with more than 64,000 employees worldwide .
