An exciting full-time sales opportunity is now available at our Hobart Based business's, focussing on selling Conference's and Events at Wrest Point Hotel Casino, Henry Jones Art Hotel and MacQ01 Story Telling Hotel. This sales role will join our dynamic Group Sales Team with a focus on maximising opportunity and continuing the growth of the Federal Group sales pipeline. With major investment completed at Wrest Point, & leaders of its class with our Hunter Street Properties it is an exciting time to be joining the group. This role is ideal for a relationship focussed person who is driven to succeed. This role will be based at Wrest Point, and the successful candidate will have: Ability to work as a team in developing a sales strategy to source, establish and convert sales opportunities for a profitable outcome Demonstrated ability to recognise and act on potential sales opportunities Demonstrated track record in lead generation and sales conversion Strong experience in growing and maintaining sales portfolios and optimising and retaining client / stakeholder networks Previous experience in a hotel sales environment Flexibility and maturity in approach to your work Demonstrated alignment to our Federal Group values. - We offer a supportive environment in a family-owned business, free onsite parking and attractive conditions.
