Our custom-designed Box Hill clinic was established in 2014 as an independent, state-of-the-art practice, and offers our patients comprehensive medical imaging services. We are on a strong growth trajectory, and due to internal progression, an exciting leadership opportunity is present at our Box Hill clinic for an experienced Administration Team Leader. What will you be doing? Working closely with the Admin Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Clinical Leads, in this hands-on role you will: Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the reception area and overall clinic workflow Manage billing, banking, and Medicare related activities Provide ongoing training, development, and mentoring to team members Plan and oversee workforce requirements in conjunction with practice management by ensuring appropriate rostering and leave planning In conjunction with the Admin Manager, utilise expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries What are we looking for? To thrive in this role, you will have: The ability to lead by example, with demonstrated experience in motivating and mentoring a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve difficult situations to achieve good outcomes A keen eye for details and passion for process-driven continuous improvement Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of the patient workflow and supporting administration processes (highly regarded) What do we offer?
