Under the guidance of the Head of Loans Administration, this role entails the following responsibilities: Processing day-to-day loan transactions and diligently overseeing facility limits, credit terms, and fees. Coordinating, verifying, and supervising loan drawdowns, rollovers, and repayments for both bilateral and syndication transactions. Ensuring precise system inputs for loan transactions and efficient funding. Timely invoicing and collection of interests and fees. Vigilantly monitoring loan limits and commitments. Upholding compliance with credit terms and conditions. Managing tasks such as refinancing, sell-downs, risk participation, multi-option facilities, and real estate finances. To thrive in this role, you should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience in corporate and syndication/Bilateral loan administration. Academic background or courses in a finance-related field. Familiarity with corporate loan documentation and processes. A grasp of fundamental accounting and lending principles.
