Apply now to join a top-tier employer on a 2/1 or 3/1 FIFO roster, where you will be given an opportunity to shine and showcase your skills; being responsible for resourcing and mobilising their workforce across various work sites throughout Western Australia About The Role: This role is part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation and candidate submissions comply with the site-specific requirements for services such as Rio Tinto, FMG, BHP and Roy Hill, including: Organising pre-employment medicals, training, flights, accommodation, and rosters Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate and site entry Maintain and implement training and resource schedules Navigate client specific mobilisation portals Raising purchase orders in line with mobilisation requirements Liaise with internal/external clients and project staff Supporting other mobilisation requirements as needed On offer: Fantastic full-time role following probation 2/1 or 3/1 rosters available Attractive Hourly Rate Fortnightly payroll Fast-paced role in a dynamic team Supportive management To be successful, you MUST have the following: Proven site mobilisation experience (Rio Tinto, FMG, BHP and Roy Hill) is essential Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the resources sector Experience using training, mobilisation and planning software (ERMS, SuccessFactors, INX) Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite Highly organised and able to multitask multiple requirements and timeframes Able to take direction and use initiative to complete tasks and communicate solutions Current Police clearance Able to pass a pre-employment medical Application: If you meet the above requirements and have site mobilisation experience, then please apply using the link.
