Your holistic approach to talent management will contribute to TMGM's vision of creating a financial ecosystem that prioritizes exceptional efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Drive talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates through various channels to meet the organization's staffing needs Develop and implement strategies to enhance TMGM's employer brand, ensuring alignment with the company's values and vision Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and articulate TMGM's unique selling points as an employer. Employ innovative recruitment techniques and tools, including social media platforms and professional networks, to attract top talent Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers to build a robust talent pipeline Design and conduct hiring processes, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition and retention Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven 2 year experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, preferably in the financial services industry Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and selection techniques Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including social media and applicant tracking systems Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Benefits Fostering a collaborative, open environment that’s conducive to employee success is the 1 priority at TMGM.
