Responsibilities Drive talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates through various channels to meet the organization's staffing needs Develop and implement strategies to enhance TMGM's employer brand, ensuring alignment with the company's values and vision Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and articulate TMGM's unique selling points as an employer.
