The Project CPB Contractors has been selected, in joint venture, as the partner to work with the Australian Rail Track Corporation for the delivery of Inland Rail's southern civil works program. The Australian Government's Australian Rail Track Corporation selected the ACACPB Joint Venture, a 50-50 joint venture formed by CPB Contractors and Acciona Construction Australia, under a Collaborative Framework Agreement (CFA) for the planning and development of civil works between Narrabri and Narromine, in northern New South Wales. The civil works involved include approximately 306 kilometres of new track formation comprising bulk earthworks, drainage, bridge/viaduct structures, materials and logistics management. Your opportunity We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Finance Administrator to join the project commercial team based in Brisbane. The role will be focused on providing efficient project commercial support, and delivering accurate, timely, and responsive commercial administrative services. Your responsibilities in the role will include: Ensure all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures Prepare debtor invoices, purchase orders and payments Monitor payments, contracts and maintain records of project revenue Assist the Commercial Manager and Contracts Administrators with day-to-day duties. Our minimum requirements for this role are: Previous experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within a heavy industry environment Intermediate MS Word and Excel JDE experience preferred but not mandatory A demonstrated understanding of commercial processes Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy working environment The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally CPB Contractors is an equal-opportunity employer.
