You will be responsible for leading a high performing team of customer service representatives where your day-to-days will involve managing and inspiring a team to provide excellent customer service and reaching internal company goals. Role Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Help Desk professionals. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Act as an escalation point for complex issues, providing guidance and expertise. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Help Desk team. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Help Desk function. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience. About You: Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a call center environment Passionate about inspiring, motivating and coaching a team.
