Our client, a family-owned business, that provides fire protection services tailored to the needs of businesses in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs regions, is seeking full-time, Electricians, apprentices or trainees to join their expanding team Various opportunities await for both experienced and inexperienced (but enthusiastic) applicants. Our client works with a focus on Dry Fire Systems - experience or interest toward this is a must While prior experience in the Fire Industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided. In this role, your duties will encompass servicing, repairing, and maintaining both new and existing Fire Systems, all in strict adherence to company policies and Australian Standards. On our our client's team, your responsibilities will span: Collaborating with clients and colleagues. Diagnosing and rectifying issues in fire detection systems and occupant warning systems. Installing fire detection systems and occupant warning systems. Conducting programming tasks. Carrying out routine testing and maintenance of fire detection systems and occupant warning systems on occasion. Ensuring client contentment and meeting deadlines. Essential Skills and Requirements: Availability for overtime and callouts. Flexibility in work hours. Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule. Hold a valid Queensland Driver’s License (Manual). Basic grasp of Fire Detection Systems programming software, or ability to learn. Uphold values of honesty, reliability, and personal and business integrity. Demonstrate natural leadership and effective self-management abilities. Qualified Electrician applicants must possess a QBCC or Electrical license. Must be an Australian resident. Advantages Await: Competitive compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
