Key Responsibilities: Oversee routine office duties like document handling, acquiring office supplies, and equipment maintenance. Assist external partners in order to coordinate business operations. Maintain the confidentiality of company records and documents by organising and protecting them. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries on transactions, exchange rates, and related subjects. Help clients set up, update, and transact with their accounts. Handle grievances and come up with ways to increase satisfaction. Maintain daily transaction logs and assist with KYC procedures. Produce and distribute analytical data and reports. Preferably candidate with bilingual background in English & Mandarin for the new service division needs.
