The Albert Park Lake Precinct is home to The Grace Retirement Community, which comprises 79 residences, The Alba Aged Care Suites (95 beds) and Easy Living Apartments (60 apartments) provides customers with a continuum of options from independence through to clinical care and memory support. It offers state-of-the-art facilities within a light filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair and beauty spa, and gym along with many other activities in the Albert Park Lake area. Your New Role As a Personal Care Assistant / Care Companion, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment. You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive About You Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest .
