Casual work with us provides flexibility for educators wanting a work/life balance - there is no commitment required - you can work however many days you want, choose your hours, take the day off to attend appointments or take time off for holidays/study or other commitments. You also do not need to be exclusively working for us - if you want to supplement your current income, we are able to offer you shifts around your available days. The Role: We are specifically looking for educators willing to travel to multiple services across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs. Work alongside a range of educators as you care and educate Children aged from 0-5 Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children An ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs. Be a lifesaver for the permanent educators by helping covering lunch breaks, sick days and annual leave days Explore different centres and philosophies whilst pickig up new skills.
