About this role We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Business Administrator to join our vibrant and enthusiastic group based in Melbourne. You will be proactively providing commercial and administrative support to one of our teams. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other BA’s locally and globally and attain great exposure to the design/engineering/construction industry. What will I do? Providing group support including, team events, meetings, and workshops, onboarding staff, appraisals, management of share point sites Responds to enquiries and requests for information and provides guidance on Arup systems and processes. Commercial support including invoicing, managing expenses, generating financial reports, assisting with project setup. Client Relationship Management (CRM) entries – creating and updating. Document production assisting with formatting of group and project documentation. What will I bring? Considerable relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering-built environment business Excellent understanding of processes, guidelines and job instructions, knowledge of nuances and ambiguities. Deepening/developing skills in an area that could be considered specialised (e.g., commercial, CRM, documents, travel, etc.) in alignment with individual career aspirations and appraisal. Experience with troubleshooting and escalating system issues to relevant parties.
