Our Opportunity Exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer looking to grow their career with Mirvac, to join our high performing team delivering our Prince & Parade development, valued at $120mil in North Carlton. Prince & Parade is an apartment site located in the inner northern suburb of Brunswick, situated 4 kilometres north of Melbourne's CBD and with direct frontage to Princes Park. The development features approximately 160 luxury apartments across 2 buildings and a combined 2 storey basement with adaptable resident amenity on the ground floor and a central landscaped courtyard. The project includes a ground floor café, commercial space and heritage building that will be adapted for future use. As Project Engineer, you will oversee the construction delivery of a number of packages. This will involve managing subcontractors and service suppliers, developing and maintaining construction programmes and schedules, implementing the procurement strategy, and value engineering. You will ensure delivery exceeds project parameters for time, cost, customer satisfaction, quality, and HSE at all times.
