Find out more about Boral, click here and visit - https://www.boral.com.au/ The role: This position plays a critical role in our Concrete & Quarries business in SA, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns & invoice disputes, while engaging with relevant stakeholders during the investigation process where necessary. The role is also responsible for ensuring dockets are processed to invoice in a timely manner without the need for rework and inconvenience to customers. The administration officer will work with the sales team on these tasks, focusing on timely completion of tasks, accurately and reliably. Key duties: Partner with the sales team to ensure dockets are being actioned daily and as accurate as possible; Ensure timely and accurate investigation and resolution of customer claims and invoice disputes nationally meeting all set KPIs; Project administration, including costing, accounts receivable invoicing and project reconciliation; Daily Report running to minimise issues into the debtors; Ensure complaints entered via Case Management have been actioned and closed out in a timely manner; Skills and Experience: Strong administration and data entry background; Great people and communication skills, working collaboratively in a team environment; Proficient MS Office skills; Ability to quickly learn our systems and processes; Attention to detail; Willingness and ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment; Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritise competing deadlines; Benefits and rewards: Organisation dedicated to health, safety and the environment Equal Opportunity Employer – Indigenous candidates are encouraged to apply Established ex-Defense Force Alumni providing ongoing support and mentoring Genuine career growth opportunities within Boral Australia Access to a variety of support networks including Boral Employee Assistance Program Flexible working environment If you want to join the Boral team, Click to Apply or visit http://careers.boral.com.au
