The Service KU Faulconbridge Children's Centre located in the beautiful Blue Mountains offers a fresh, purpose-built long day care service for children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years old. Designed by Architect, Graeme Butler, the centre offers an excellent learning environment for young children, with specifically designed indoor play spaces and a large outdoor play area. This site has ample staff parking. The Role We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of the service. In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family accounts and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP, some general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families’.
