Your new role: An exciting opportunity for you to lead the continued growth of Vinnies shop in Kiama 2533 . As full-time Store Manager , you will manage all aspects of store operations and ensure team members are well-trained and fully equipped to achieve individual and team performance goals. Your strong retail knowledge and people leadership skills will be vital to your success in this role. Your responsibilities in your new role: Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail OR Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense Strong focus on customer experience Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets For more about the role Position Description - Store Manager I f this sounds like you , apply now, applications closing on 14th December 2023.
