Job no: 496647 Work type: Full-time Location: Sydney, WA - regional Categories: Administration The Role We are seeking an HR Administrator for a role in our Sydney office located in Silverwater. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager this role will be part of a wider national HR team where you will gain exposure to diverse projects in mining, construction, and engineering, especially within our Asset Care division. In this role you will primarily support the People Team in recruitment, onboarding and systems administration, however, will additionally provide support to the rest of the team as required. The candidate will get getting extensive training and development opportunities by working in a supportive and collaborative national team. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating the onboarding process including, preparing letters of offer; mobilisation of employees to site; coordinate induction process. Assisting with the recruitment process including, advertising, scheduling interviews, reference checks and coordinating pre-employment checks. Provide invaluable support on various HR projects as needed, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive project success and meet organizational objectives. Manage and uphold accurate employee records using the HR Information System, guaranteeing data integrity and accessibility. The successful applicant will ideally have: Exceptional administrative and organisational skills including the ability to complete several tasks concurrently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintain high levels of attention to detail and meet deadlines. Previous experience working in a similar role including recruitment experience would be advantageous. A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment. Strong Interpersonal/verbal communication skills – establish relationships and communicate effectively with the full range of people involved on and off-site. Professional standards and an appreciation for confidentiality. Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance/QA. Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
