Our Digital Experience (DDX) team within our Digital function is significantly growing as we continue to invest in delivering the best digital shopping experience for our customers. Our Digital Experience team is now seeking a Product Design Manager to join their growing team. About the role As a Product Design Manager, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with a team of product designers and creating leading digital experience for our customers. Working closely with stakeholders, you will be responsible for aligning and optimising design output. You can inspire and influence a team of product designers, across all areas from planning, research, ideation, design and execution. You will Work collaboratively with Design Researchers, Service Designers, Content Strategists, UI Designers, Solution Architects and Developers to ensure experiences are desirable, feasible and viable Protect, maintain, and enhance the Coles user experience across all channels Deliver a customer-led process and approach to product design, exploring human problems via journey maps and personas to create wireframes, designs and prototypes through to conducting user testing to validating designs. Align design output to the Coles Customer Experience Strategy, Business Strategy, and Digital Strategy Drive a culture of collaboration with product and engineering teams and external design agencies Maintain knowledge management of user experience outputs generated by human-centered design and act as a central source of UX artefacts for the Coles Group Support Managers to build up the product design capability and toolkits within the wider Digital Experience team Contribute to creating a high performing and continuous learning team culture We're after customer-centric and passionate Product Designers with experience supporting and optimising digital channels for customer-led and digital first organisations. You have Extensive experience as a UX/Product designer or similar, with skills in wireframe design, UI creation, prototype development and user testing Experience designing for websites, apps, and other touchpoints, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design Experience supporting digital channels for large complex organisations Experience leading design teams Extensive experience in project leadership or team mentoring Skilled in translating business process and customer behaviours/insights into design concepts Working knowledge of the tools of the trade such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, user testing tools, WCAG 2.0/2.1 and rapid prototyping tools Highly collaborative style, able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholder to meet targets Take your next step into something bigger, apply now With us it's not about the discounts (although you do get those), it's about joining a team where your wellbeing and professional development is invested in and celebrating your contributions is the norm.
